FSC Ireland is structured and administered according to procedures laid down in its M&AoA and the Companies Act (1963). FSC Ireland is a membership organisation - everything is decided by members. All interested parties are welcome to join. Any interested person can also register to give formal comment on drafts of the Irish forest management standard. Because participants may have widely divergent points of view, FSC Ireland uses ground rules.
